Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want our school tenants to be completely satisfied with . This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the process and terms for cancelling your subscription and requesting refunds.
1. Cancelling Your Subscription
School administrators can cancel their tenant subscription package at any time directly through their console settings panel. Once a cancellation request is logged:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
- No further automatic recurring charges will be made to your payment card.
- After the billing period ends, your school portal access will be deactivated, and your database will be scheduled for archiving.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following guidelines:
- First-time Purchase: If you are unsatisfied with the platform, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
- Renewal Charges: Recurring renewal charges are non-refundable. To prevent future renewals, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the next billing date.
- Service Disruptions: If the platform experiences extended, unscheduled server outages exceeding 48 consecutive hours, we may issue a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period.
3. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Stripe or Razorpay) within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that bank processing speeds are outside our control.
4. Data Archiving Policy
Upon cancellation or subscription expiration, we will retain your school tenant database records for a grace period of 30 days to allow you to export your student files and transcripts. After this grace period, database records are permanently purged from our backup nodes to protect student privacy.
