Welcome to ("we", "our", "us"). By registering a school tenant, purchasing a subscription plan, or accessing our platform services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Account Registration and Tenant Ownership

To use our services, you must register your educational institution. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all actions taken under your school tenant account.

2. Resource Quotas and Subscription Limits

Your subscription plan imposes specific limits on platform resources, including the maximum number of students, staff members, campus branches, and hosting storage. Exceeding these limits may restrict the creation of new database records until you upgrade your pricing package.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Store, transmit, or share unlawful, harmful, or copyright-infringing school records or media.
• Attempt to bypass database isolation layers or access other school tenant databases.
• Launch automated scraping systems, denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, or security scan tools against our cloud clusters.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) depending on the package selected. All payments are processed securely. Failure to renew subscription keys upon expiration will result in the suspension of school portal access after a grace period.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, server downtime, or your inability to access the platform services.
